More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this latest photograph drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling different sections of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.

Additional documentation released as part of the current congressional process.
